Motivation Blend

The sense of being internally blocked... the sense of obstacles looming large starts to clear when you use Motivation Blend. The ability to get things moving forward returns. The capacity to focus intention and thought reawakens and blessed movement starts to happen. One of the main ways that flower essences work is to change our perceptions, usually in the direction of ease. As the internal perception of things changes to a more flowing style, new behaviors become possible.

I use Motivation Blend when I'm feeling overwhelmed by what I need to do. Often two or three drops under the tongue gets me moving and focused. For those who frequently lack motivation, I recommend using the Motivation Blend for a month or two to fully explore the possibilities for change. Also over the years, I have seen a connection between suppressed emotion and lack of motivation. I suggest you work at letting emotions up while taking this blend. My articles called Emotional Factoids 1 2 and 3,as well as Processing Emotion will help you learn how to release pent up stuff.

I created a kit for people with severe lack of motivation coupled with great nervous tension. I noticed that Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is often characterized by alternating periods of tension, over doing, hypervigilance and control stuff, with down times and a tendency to shut down. The three blend kit is called Balance Kit. I actually created it for myself and it worked so well I'm offering it here.

The Balance Kit contains a blend for relaxing the hypervigilance, a formula for getting moving when that's appropriate, and a blend that allows quicker release of old stuff when it starts to come up. This is explained in detail under Balance Kit. The Motivation Blend is one of the three bottles in this little kit.

Resources that help motivate:

  1. I suggest a two tape set called Overcoming Procrastination.

  2. There is a high impact tape that simply states one motivating idea after another. 100 Ways to Motivate Yourself

  3. Procrastination can be a form of fear. As you look at the things that you procrastinate over notice any common themes for clues as to what you may fear. For many it is money that ties together the pattern.

  4. The tape set or book called Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway will help you if fear is part of the reason you are unmotivated.

  5. Also I've noticed people with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and milder variations often haven't integrated the concept of process. They have trouble seeing that if they do steps one through five a result will occur. You may want to consider that you might be holding a belief that process doesn't work for you. The article entitled Process of Shifting Limiting Belief Patterns will help you to change the limiting belief that process doesn't work for you.

  6. There are some excellent tools to reprogram the subconscious part of us. This allows for more flow and less resistance to change. Emmett Miller MD is a medical doctor who has dedicated much of his long career to helping people reprogram themselves in a gentle way. We suggest his audio tape entitled I Can: Achieving Self Empowerment.
