Tools for Building a Better
Future

As I wrote about
these tools I tried to remember what I wish somebody had told me when
I first was learning about them. For those who want more self-nurturing,
I have indicated which tools seem to be most inclined to stimulate feelings
of wellness and inner integrity. I guess comforting would best describe
the feeling. Yet, tools do more than comfort they teach, inspire, and
boost your personal vibration and sense of self-empowerment. I try to inform
the reader of what kind of assistance they might reasonably expect.
Remember the quality of these tools has been checked out already by
us here at the Self
Empowerment Center @ LightSeed.com. They
do work well, but only if you use them with awareness and intention.
Commit to using them wisely and regularly, you will appreciate the results.
I used to
feel as if using tools were second best; it was better to handle things
alone. After I received my certification in Psycho-Spiritual
Integration and Integrative Breathwork I began working with people
in deep ways. I found that the right tool at the right time made all the
difference for people, as well as for myself. I eventually came to realize
that I knew relatively little about self-nurturing. The tools were very
self-nurturing as well as self-empowering. I know many people want to
learn how to self-nurture, but they need some suggestions or a starting
point.
