Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway

Years ago I met a psychology professor at a breathwork training. This man had created the opportunity to work with literally scores of the top figures in psychology. Yet as we talked he said the thing that helped him most was the book version of Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway. Since then I have recommended it frequently to people who wrestle with fear. I have seen it generate great changes in people's whole stance in life. Now it's available in tape form which for me integrates more easily, because I'm very auditory, which is why I like phone work. I generally listen to certain tapes a couple times and it feels like I literally drink it up.
