This tape set explains the central role of the heart in human consciousness development. The heart is often referenced to as an alchemical chamber. That is because the open heart allows positivity and change to occur spontaneously and easily.

On this set of tapes, I discuss many practical things about the heart opening process. I also include suggestions for types of self inquiry that produce rich understandings and more self love. There also is an experiential component with some guided imageries created especially for this tape set.
