This is Deepak at his best. This six CD series helps to bridge the mind body gap. This gap is responsible for much human suffering and disease. It is only by actually being in the body that we can be effective and potent in the world. The scope of the tapes is broad. First we learn about the quantum perspective of the universe. Then specific aspects of the mind body relationship are dealt with. It is well integrated and effective. Deepak Chopra is a trustworthy guide through this complex subject. I personally respond much better to his tapes, his books aren't as easy to integrate. There is elegance to the streamlined approach of the tapes.
