In person Self Empowerment Coach and guidance sessions with Bobbi Gay allow for some types of interactions that can't be done by phone. These sessions can be used for focused work on specific issues, or ongoing inner work and exploration. These sessions occur from my office in Griswold Connecticut.An in person session is flowing self-empowering and may be wide ranging. Often there may be several mini explorations in one session. Some of the things that might occur in a given session or could be requested would be:
